Overview
Our refund and returns policy summates to all sales final after purchase. We make three (3) attempts to deliver your legal documents, after three attempts you will have to purchase another trial of service attempts, unless failure to deliver is a fault of our company.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your complaint and address the next steps to process your refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and/or we will notify you of additional credits to your account to re-serve by our support team.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, give us a email with your complaint, then give us a call to report your recent complaint update.
If you haven’t received your refund in your bank account, first check your bank support then contact us as soon as possible.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Shipping Info
To mail your documents to us, send certified mail with tracking receipt from your preferred mailing center.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
